Senator Garcia moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 29, after line 21, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (e), to read as follows:

(e) Nothing in this section may be construed to allow harassment, intimidation or bullying as defined by §18-2C-2 of the Code based on a person’s sex.
